Φ219-Φ530*16mm Straight Seam Welded Pipe Mill

The Φ219-Φ530*16mm straight seam high-frequency welded pipe mill designed and manufactured by our company for the Russian Chernel Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was successfully completed in December 2013, and a total of 500,000 tons of steel pipes were produced. The unit adopts the latest technology of our company, flexible forming, and automatic type change adjustment. There is no need to replace the rollers in the initial forming section, only the parameters of pipe diameter, thickness, material, etc. need to be input on the computer, the rollers reach the position by themselves, and the production starts directly. The precision forming and sizing section adopts rapid roll changing technology. The application of these two latest technologies shortens the time to 1-2 hours. The unit is equipped with our company’s newly developed API standard special flat head chamfering machine to ensure that it can truly meet the requirements. The unit is equipped with 60MPa large gap sealed high pressure hydraulic press.
