The Φ89-Φ219*12mm stainless steel welded pipe unit designed and manufactured by our company for a steel pipe company in Yingkou was successfully commissioned in May 2015, and successfully produced Φ168 and Φ219 two specifications of steel pipes with qualified product quality. The unit adopts the latest technology of our company, flexible forming, and automatic type change adjustment. There is no need to replace the rollers in the initial forming section, only the parameters of pipe diameter, thickness, material, etc. need to be input on the computer, the rollers reach the position by themselves, and the production starts directly. The precision forming and sizing section adopts rapid roll changing technology. The application of these two latest technologies has shortened the time for changing models to 1-2 hours.
