The straight seam welded pipe/seamless pipe hydrotester is mainly used for testing the pipe. It adopts large gap sealing. The pressure normally is 70Mpa. The max. pressure is 130Mpa. The hydrotester has the complete safety protective work to guarantee the workman safety. The industrial computer can record, store, and print the results with the advantages such as high efficiency, simple operation, convenient repairing, high testing pressure, long life sealing ring, high safety and so on.

Pipe End Facing And Beveling Machine
The straight seam welded pipe/seamless pipe highly efficient pipe end facing and beveling machine is mainly used for processing the pipe end. The pipe end facing and beveling machine has profile beveling knife with beautiful beveling outlook. The beveling machine has automatic working mode with high efficiency, stable working, and reliable working.
The pipe end facing and beveling machine diameter range in our company is from Φ20 to Φ711mm. The wall thickness is from 1mm to 25mm. The pipe length is from 3m to 16m. The material is from Q235B to X100.
Production process: pipe loading—pipe connecting—left alignment—pipe feeding—clamping—left end facing and beveling —clamper loosen—pipe delivery—right alignment—clamping— right end facing and beveling —clamper loosen —pipe exit
