Stainless clad pipe welding mill introduction  

The stainless clad pipe welding mill can be divided into two kinds of model according to the supply state. The supply state for thin and narrow sheet is the coil, so the mill is continuous type. The supply state for thick and wide sheet is the sheet type, so the mill is intermittent type. In normal condition, the continuous mill can be suitable to the pipe bellowing diameter 325mm and thickness 10mm. The intermittent mill can be suitable to the pipe of diameter 325 to 914mm and thickness 10mm to 25mm.

Continuous mill firstly opens the coil and levels the steel. The steel is milled to special groove online. After forming machine, the steel is formed to round pipe state. Then, the pipe state is welded to the stainless clad pipe after several welding art crafts.

Intermittent production line firstly levels and edge mills the metallurgy combined double metal sheet. Then, each sheet will enter to the forming machine. Using our patent technology-single sheet forming machine and the physical function of the roller, the clad sheet is bended to the pipe state. Then, the pipe is welded with our company patent welding device. It adopts total automatic flexible forming technology in precise control. All the forming section does not need to change the roller, which largely saves the roller investment and decreases the investment on the large diameter mill.
