ERW Mill Without Roller Changing

Introduction

ERW mill without roller changing is a new product developed by us. When changing product specifications, all parts of the forming machine do not need to change rollers, and in the past, the precision forming stand that requires to change rollers does not need to change rollers on the mill, which can save a lot of roller investment and is especially suitable for large- and medium-sized mills. When changing product specifications, the adjustment of roller is also automated. Only by inputting parameters such as pipe diameter, wall thickness and material on the industrial computer, all rollers will be automatically adjusted to the appropriate position, and the feeding production will be started directly. Thus, a lot of adjustment time is saved when changing sizes, which makes multi-variety and small batch order production possible, increases the operation rate of the mill, and improves the startup rate of the mill.

The mill can produce excellent API standard steel pipes, and can also produce ordinary fluid steel pipes and structural steel pipes.
