Automatic offline sawing solutions
According to the actual and latest needs of different industries, we have developed a specialized offline sawing production line for loading, sorting, sawing, discharging, testing, palletizing, and packaging, the core of which is to use the cluster feeding frame to realize the automatic feeding of raw materials, the circular saw machine to realize the automatic sizing and cutting of raw materials, and the finished products after being tested by the automatic testing mechanism of the discharge rack are placed in different material frames according to the results by the palletizing robot, and the material frames are transported to the baler for bundling and warehousing after being filled. It can build an efficient and fully automatic offline sawing production line in a small footprint.
